Are you our next Senior UX/UI Designer?

Essential Duties:

• Design visualizations that communicate complex datasets and build consistent user experiences through the use of a strong design system.
• Embrace an agile and iterative approach to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the project team to promote design guidelines, best practices and standards and identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the project team.
• Work closely with design team to efficiently build application workflows by translating complex application requirements.
• Work with front-end developers to implement designs across platforms.
• Prepare functional style guides, annotations, and other artifacts that allow developers to seamlessly build application features and adhere to UI design specifications.
• Create and refine designs while considering documented research, customer goals, and requirements, as well as industry best practices and UX/UI standards. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, design, engineering, and quality assurance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree required:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

10 years

Strong portfolio featuring design solutions across multiple platforms.

Strong graphic design experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional visual presentation, typography, and design skills and experience working with design systems.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and how UI solutions may affect other parts of the system.
• Ability to persuasively communicate complex concepts to all stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to work in an iterative, agile environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to discuss, present, and defend designs and design decisions.
• Ability to work individually and within a team to deliver products that exceed customer requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
