Job Description

Essential Duties:

  •  Lead the delivery of creative, comprehensive, and realistic training solutions based on learning objectives, including the training approach and plan.
  • Coordinate, schedule, promote, and deliver technical training to various audiences in-person and virtually.
  • Research new approaches and technologies that will enhance the training experience and coordinate with customers, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and creatives to develop and refine engaging instructional content.
  •  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the application including all capabilities, features, and functions.
  •  Analyze the effectiveness of training and make recommendations for modifying the instructional approach and training materials, as needed.
  • Adapt training products to resolve specific user needs, field questions, respond to escalated help requests, and provide ongoing training support to the user community fielding questions and resolving helpdesk tickets.
  • Assist with writing and editing training materials, user guides, marketing materials, project documentation, release notes, and briefings.
  • Work closely with the instructional system designer (ISD) and creative team to identify and prioritize training needs, update existing training materials, continually develop new materials, and identify and fill training gaps.
  • Oversees trainee progress and recommends additional training and/or modifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active DoD security clearance:

  • Degree required:
    Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • Minimum years of experience:  10 years of experience as a corporate or technical trainer including in-person and virtual settings

  • Willingness to travel at least 50–70% of the year throughout the US + remote while not traveling.
