Job Description

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and technical performance of the contract.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for the CO, the COR, the Government stakeholders.
  • Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.  
  • Manage timely delivery of multimedia products necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. 
  • Allocate resources, including staff, communications, and budgets.
  • Utilize communication skills needed to direct the skilled creative resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and risk areas, as well as write and review monthly, quarterly, and annual technical documents, as required by the contract. 
  • Support the development of proposal responses including writing content, collecting assets, and working with the pricing team to create budgets.
  • Review risk and implement mitigation activities as necessary.  
  • Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to Government POCs.
  • Prepare internal status reports.
  • Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff – both direct and indirect. 
  • Review all deliverables and technical reports before release to the Government.
  • Communicate program issues and solutions to the Government in a timely and transparent manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree required:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Minimum years of experience:
8 years

Minimum years of management experience:
4 years

TS/SCI with Full Scope

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Understanding of multimedia deliverables including strategic communications, videos, and graphic design.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • PMP preferred.
