Job Description

Essential Duties:

  • Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
  • Manage timely delivery of multimedia products necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
  • Responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and technical performance of the contract.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for the CO, the COR, and Government stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources, including staff, communications, and budgets.
  • Utilize communication skills needed to direct the skilled creative resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and risk areas.
  • Write and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required by the contract.
  • Review risk and implement mitigation activities as necessary.
  • Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to Government POCs.
  • Prepare internal status reports, as needed
  • Review all deliverables before release to the Government.
  • Communicate program issues and solutions to the Government in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Government and Prime contractor’s staff.
  • Support the development of proposal responses including writing content, collecting assets, and working with the pricing team to create budgets.
  • Experience supporting multimedia deliverables including strategic communications, videos, and graphic design, a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree required:
Bachelor’s degree

Minimum years of experience:
6 years

Minimum years of management experience:

TS/SCI with Full Scope

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • PMP, a plus.
